Responsibilities

• Conduct regular rounds of Outpatient facility and surrounding grounds to ensure safety and monitor for hazards.
• Respond calmly to behavioral incidents or emergencies using trauma-informed, non-coercive approaches.
• Report and document incidents, safety concerns, and behavioral observations promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold residents' rights and dignity at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of fire and disaster procedures and perform related duties as assigned.

Position Summary:Responsible for safety and security checks throughout the Outpatient grounds. Assists in de-escalation incidents. Responsible for reporting safety concerns.
