Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license or compact license authorizing practice in Montana.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment.
• Develops individualized plan of care and updates during visits.
• Identifies safety issues for patient and staff.
• Reviews medication lists and provides education per provider.
• Coordinates with healthcare team for continuity of care.
• Participates in education and competency validation of clinical staff.
• Delivers medications per provider order and follows department standards.
• Maintains professionalism and completes department competencies.
• Shift: variable; 24/7 operation; schedules may be adjusted.
