Job summary

ChristianaCare’s Primary Care at Elkton seeks an experienced Registered Nurse II to deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care across age groups in clinic and virtual settings.

You will apply the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborate with physicians and staff, and participate in care management and wellness services. Competitive benefits and professional growth await.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved or NLN-accredited School of Nursing.
• RN licensure in the state(s) where employed: DE, MD, PA or NJ.
• Minimum of two years as an RN; physician office experience preferred.
• BSN preferred; ADN with commitment to complete BSN within 3 years.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate, patient-centered care from pediatrics to geriatrics in virtual and in-person settings.
• Deliver wellness visits, care management, point-of-care testing, and triage while coordinating with providers.
• Serve as a liaison among patients, providers, and staff to ensure clear communication and workflow.
• Support staff development through mentorship, participate in quality initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement.
