The role collaborates with a four-physician, three-nurse practitioner team and supports wellness visits, care management, triage, and efficient clinic operations while prioritizing safety and patient education.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing.
• RN licensure or eligible for licensure in the state Delaware, Maryland or Pennsylvania & New Jersey depending on location of employment.
• Two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, physician office experience is preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (AND) will be considered with an agreement of completion of BSN in 3 years
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required

ChristianaCare’s Primary Care at Elkton is seeking an experienced _ Registered Nurse II _ to deliver high-quality, safe, and evidence-based patient care. This role is responsible for achieving optimal patient outcomes through both independent practice and collaborative teamwork within the clinical setting. The _ Registered Nurse II _ will apply the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, contributing as a trusted and integral member of the healthcare team.

Our team delivers a broad range of services focused on prevention, wellness, and the management of acute and chronic conditions, including comprehensive family care, women’s health, immunizations, preventive medicine, and Medicare wellness visits. Elkton | ChristianaCare

Primary Care at Elkton is a well-established, team-based primary care practice staffed by four Physicians, three Nurse Practitioners, and one Physician Assistant. The clinical team is supported by one Registered Nurse, one Social Worker, and six Medical Assistants, while three Medical Office Assistants provide administrative and patient support services. Together, this multidisciplinary team is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, high-quality patient care in a collaborative and efficient healthcare environment.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Fridays: 8am to 4:30pm
• Please note that this role is part of a regional nursing team and may require periodic rotation to other locations as needed.

Hourly Pay Range: $38.98 - $62.38

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
