Job summary

ChristianaCare's Wilmington Adult Medicine is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse II to deliver high-quality, safe, and evidence-based patient care. This role applies the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within a collaborative clinical setting.

The RN II will support pediatric to geriatric patients in both virtual and in-person care, participate in wellness visits, care management, triage, and clinical operations while mentoring staff and upholding safety and

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved or NLN-accredited School of Nursing.
• RN licensure in DE/MD/PA/NJ depending on location.
• Two years’ RN experience; physician office experience preferred.
• BSN preferred; ADN with plan to complete BSN in 3 years.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate, patient-centered care from pediatric to geriatric in virtual and in-person settings.
• Deliver wellness visits, care management, point-of-care testing, and triage with providers.
• Serve as liaison among patients, providers, and staff, coordinating workflow and safety.
• Mentor clinical staff and support process improvements.
