Job summary

ChristianaCare's Wilmington Adult Medicine in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking a Registered Nurse II to deliver high-quality, safe, and evidence-based patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You will apply the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care as part of a trusted interdisciplinary team.

You’ll support age-diverse patients from pediatric to geriatric populations, assist in clinical procedures, and help ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state(s) of employment (DE/MD/PA/NJ depending on location)
• Two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse; physician office experience preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ADN with plan to complete BSN within 3 years
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate, patient-centered care across lifespan in outpatient setting
• Support clinical procedures and assist in examinations and workflows
• Serve as liaison among patients, providers, and staff; mentor clinical staff and participate in quality initiatives
