Job summary

ChristianaCare's Wilmington Adult Medicine is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse II to deliver high-quality, safe, and evidence-based patient care in a busy outpatient setting. The RN II will apply the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

This role supports pediatric through geriatric populations, with a focus on wellness visits, triage, and patient education in an academic practice environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved or NLN-accredited School of Nursing.
• RN licensure in DE/MD/PA/NJ depending on employment location.
• Two years’ RN experience; physician office experience preferred.
• BSN preferred; ADN with commitment to complete BSN in 3 years; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate, patient-centered care across the lifespan in outpatient settings.
• Assist in clinical procedures and support efficient clinic operations.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure high-quality care and safety.
