Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP1 program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, including assessment, planning and evaluation, under supervision of the leader and educator.

The role involves education, teamwork, and adherence to dialysis protocols. You will participate in care delivery for hemodialysis patients, document in medical records, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• Current or successful CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Coordinate care with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
