AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab Orange City is seeking a capable administrator to lead staff and operations in a busy center. You will coordinate patient access activities, verify insurance details, and support clinicians to achieve optimal patient outcomes in a community-focused setting.

Reporting to the Rehab Director, you will participate in facility meetings, assist with surveys, and help grow referral relationships while maintaining high standards of care and service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ healthcare-related experience
• Leadership experience preferred

Aufgaben

• Alerts leadership to staffing levels, case load, customer service issues and staff discourse.
• Markets to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through events and lectures.
• Provides support to patient access by calling physicians, scanning documents, calling patients and scheduling.
• Tracks insurance benefits and assists in insurance verification/authorization as needed.
• Supervises and assists clinicians to promote identified patient outcomes.
• Manages department maintenance, equipment cleaning, temperature monitoring and calibrations.
• Tracks productivity and ensures accurate end-of-month billing.
• Completes technical audits of charts to ensure documentation is present.
• Orients new staff to the center and department under Rehab Director.
• Ensures payroll data is submitted weekly and expense reports are filed.
• Attends facility meetings and assists with survey compliance; other duties as assigned.
