AdventHealth is seeking a Rehabilitation Department leader to supervise daily operations and clinical service rounding at our Orlando, FL location. You will coordinate activities, prioritize workflow, and ensure high-quality patient care across PT, OT, and SLP services.

The role includes staff hiring/orientation, performance reviews, and collaboration with physicians and community partners to advance clinical excellence and care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Commitment to patient-oriented practice required.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Microsoft Office and Windows preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads daily operations of the Rehabilitation Department and engages in clinical/service rounding.
• Oversees coordination of activities, prioritizes workflow, and schedules to meet patient needs.
