Job summary

The position reports to the Rehab Director and supervises office and IS staff, supporting an equal-opportunity workplace and adherence to credential verification processes.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a medical practice setting, with experience in budget development/adherence and quality improvement processes.
• 4 years in a medical practice setting, with above experience plus human resources management, (hiring/firing) and medical records related to medical billing.

• Completed College Courses related to Healthcare or Management.

Preferred Education:

• A.A. with coursework in Business or Finance.

Required Experience:
