Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) seeks an experienced healthcare operations manager to provide leadership in strategic operations across our multi-site service area. You will guide process improvements, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to policies and budgets in a dynamic hospital setting.

Candidates should have relevant college coursework in healthcare or management, plus experience with budget development and quality-improvement initiatives.

Required Education

• Completed College Courses related to Healthcare or Management.

Preferred Education

• A.A. with coursework in Business or Finance.

Required Experience

• 2 years in a medical practice setting, with experience in budget development/adherence and quality improvement processes.

Preferred Experience

• 4 years in a medical practice setting, with above experience plus human resources management, (hiring/firing) and medical records related to medical billing.
