Job summary

Advocate Health Care is seeking a full-time Rehab Aide to support outpatient rehabilitation in Greenfield. The position offers 36 hours per week with a negotiable schedule within clinic hours. The pay range is $19.80–$29.70 per hour, and BLS certification must be obtained within 6 months if required by the department.

No prior experience is required; High School Diploma is the stated education requirement. The role supports patient care, transfers, and daily clerical duties in a fast-paced rehab

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Good communication and ability to relate to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from the rehabilitation area.
• Assist with treatment modalities such as hydrocollator packs, ultrasound, and paraffin.
• Assist patients with toileting, ambulation or unskilled exercises as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of hydrotherapy area and equipment; handle linen and supplies.
• Assist with scheduling, clerical tasks, charges, pre-authorization and charting.
• Follow department policies for age-specific patient care.
