Job summary

Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin, IL is seeking an Outpatient Recovery RN for a part-time, 20-hour weekly role. Responsibilities include pre-op holding, PACU care for GI, Pulmonary, Pain and Ophthalmology, with alternating weekly schedules (2 days one week, 3 the next). ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license issued by the state where practicing is required.
• ACLS certification preferred or completed during orientation period.

• Maintain patient safety and documentation in the electronic records system.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and healthcare team.
