Job summary

Advocate Health Care's South Suburban Hospital in Illinois is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to support endoscopy and related procedures. The role involves preparation and recovery, rapid assessments, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with rotating start times, 20 hours per week, ACLS and BLS required, and opportunities to contribute to patient care excellence within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN program with active licensure.
• ACLS and BLS required; hospital experience preferred.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience commonly expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and recover patients undergoing Endoscopy and minor procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with care team and participate in quality initiatives.
