Golden Bear Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, seeks a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Manteca, CA. The PTA will support licensed therapists with exercises, treatment planning, and patient education in a collaborative setting.

We offer a competitive hourly wage ($36-$45) with experience-based adjustments, plus a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, CEU reimbursement, and 401(k) with company match.

Competenze

• Associate Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Mansioni

• Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the physical therapist.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
