Qualifikationen

• BLS certification required at time of hire.
• Requires detailed knowledge of physical therapy and the plan of care.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding of rehabilitation principles and patient growth across lifespan.

Aufgaben

• Deliver therapeutic interventions under a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and resources.
• Document all care delivery per policy and allow for re‑assessment when needed.
• Coordinate discharge goals with the PT and care team.
• Maintain productivity standards and participate in team meetings.
