Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the Outpatient Rehab team in Albuquerque, NM. Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in physical therapy or PTA training.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, deliver therapeutic interventions to support mobility and ADLs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and preventive measures.
• Coordinate discharge goals and communicate with the PT and other disciplines.
• Maintain documentation and records per agency policy and EPIC system.
