Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking an experienced, full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to support outpatient care. You will implement treatment plans, educate patients, and guide therapeutic exercises in a modern clinic under supervision.

The role offers mentorship, leadership development, supportive teamwork, and incentive opportunities. NY PTA licensure and 3+ years of experience are required, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in New York with 3+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training and physical modalities.
• Strong communication and instructional abilities.
• Ability to delegate appropriate support to non-licensed staff and train others.

Responsibilities

• Participates actively in patient care under supervising PT.
• Follows Plan of Care and state guidelines.
• Educates patients on exercises and recovery.
• Documents in EMR to support PT services.
• Under supervision, records daily notes with co-signature by PT.
