Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Maryland.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Passion for delivering patient-centered care and collaborative mindset are required.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based rehabilitation tailored to patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and clinical support staff.
• Work with a dedicated therapy aide to support patient care and treatment flow.
• Manage a schedule of approximately two patient visits per hour with 60-minute evaluations.
• Complete electronic documentation using WebPT and maintain daily efficiency.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development.
