Aegis Therapies in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Outpatient PT Program Manager to oversee our outpatient rehabilitation services on a part-time basis. The role focuses on coordinating clinical teams, ensuring high quality patient care and program performance across Lovely Community settings and related outpatient clinics.

Ideal candidates hold an active PT license, meet clinical competency requirements, and have CPR certification.

Outpatient PT Program Manager - Part-time

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient, Lovely Community - Work with higher functioning residents

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings
