Aegis Therapies is seeking an Outpatient OTR - Rehab Program Manager in Zimmerman, MN to lead rehab services across outpatient and other settings. You will drive program leadership, patient care coordination, and team collaboration in a patient-centered environment.

The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a focus on flexible hours and work-life balance while delivering high-quality, compassionate care to residents and clients.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification, preferred
• As a lead in the building, the Program Manager will treat patients while getting leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for Area Manager.
