Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Program Manager - Outpatient - Physical Therapy Assistant in Morada Deer Park, Deer Park, TN. This role combines patient care with leadership across assisted living, independent living and outpatient settings.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends or evenings; part-time opportunities and consistent PRN slots. You will lead in-building activities, coordinate scheduling, and liaise with the Area Manager while supporting residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a lead in the building, the Program Manager will treat patients while getting leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for Area Manager.
