Program Manager – Outpatient

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN. Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends, no evenings.

Location: Plainfield, IN. Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient. Work with higher functioning residents in a lovely community.
