Aegis Therapies is seeking a Program Manager for outpatient Physical Therapy at the Shorewood Senior Campus in Rochester, MN. This full-time position emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and liaison work with the Area Manager, while delivering patient-focused care to residents across assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings.

The role offers a supportive team, opportunities to develop leadership skills, and a schedule that avoids weekends and evenings, reinforcing work-life

Qualificações

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.
