Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehab team in Wayne. Schedule: M/W 11a-7p, Tue/Thu/F 7:30a-3:30p, with a culture of patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.

You'll conduct comprehensive evaluations, design evidence-based treatment plans, collaborate with referring providers and rehab colleagues, and communicate clearly with patients and families to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Orthopedic outpatient evaluation and treatment experience is relevant and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with referring providers, case managers, and rehab team members.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
