Job summary

Atlantic Health’s Atlantic Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join the outpatient team in Wayne, New Jersey. The role supports patient-centered care, collaboration with rehab colleagues, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Shift schedule: M/W/F 7a-3p and T/TH 11a-7p. We offer a culture-first environment, education support, and access to top-tier tools and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have New Jersey license to practice physical therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Preferred: 1–3 years of pelvic health experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed
