Atlantic Health System in Wayne, NJ seeks a skilled Full Time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehab team. Schedule: M/W 11a-7p and T/TH/F 7:30a-3:30p. You will evaluate patients, design individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize recovery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with referring providers, case managers, and rehab team members.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
• Support rehab diagnoses and adapt care plans as needed.
