Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• 2-3 years working in an outpatient department preferred.
• NJ PT License

Responsibilities

• Evaluate outpatients with orthopedic conditions.
• Design and implement PT plan of care.
• Provide evidence-based interventions.
• Document all encounters in the electronic medical record.
• Complies with departmental policies/practices.
• Maintains patient safety, provides patient/family/caregiver education.
