KLA Industries is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedics and workers' compensation across Cottonwood Heights, St. George, and Reno. This role emphasizes one-on-one patient care in a collaborative clinic setting.

We offer a four-day workweek and competitive compensation with full-time salaries from $95,000 to $115,000 per year or part-time pay of $45-$60/hour, plus retirement and PTO benefits. New grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Utah or Nevada, or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Hands-on, individualized outpatient rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary medical team.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions, with no double-booking.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical team members.
• Complete documentation during patient appointments using an EMR system with AI-assisted tools.
• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants as applicable.
• Educate patients on treatment goals, progress, and injury prevention.
