Job summary

Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to float between downtown Chicago outpatient clinics. The PT will evaluate patients, create and implement treatment plans, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced orthopedic setting.

Qualifications include a PT degree, IL license, CPR, and at least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered, with roles available as full-time or part-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license (or willingness to apply).
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient and gathers information to determine diagnoses and treatment plan.
• Establishes goals based on clinical examination.
• Develops detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
• Maintains patient charts and HIPAA compliance.
• Communicates with referring physicians to ensure continuity of care.
