Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush seeks a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join the Westchester, IL clinic. The role plans, implements and evaluates patient care programs to increase function and performance, working with an orthopedic team.

Education includes a PT degree and IL license (or eligibility); CPR certification is required. MOR offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Required degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license or eligibility to apply.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and collect information to determine diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Set functional, measurable goals based on clinical exam results.
• Develop detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
• Provide excellent patient care and service.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and staff.
• Communicate with referring physicians to ensure consistent care.
