Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush (MOR) is a nationally recognized leader in orthopedic care, with the Orthopedic Program at Rush University Medical Center ranked Top 10 by U.S. News. MOR seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join the Joliet, IL clinic, offering full-time or part-time roles.

You will plan, implement, and evaluate patient care programs to restore function and maximize performance. The role requires a PT degree, IL license (or willingness to apply) and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license (or willingness to apply)
• CPR Certified

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient and gathers information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plan.
• Establishes functional and objective goals based on clinical examination.
• Devise detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
• Provides exceptional patient care and service.
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients and employees to foster a respectful atmosphere.
• Maintain patient charts and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
