Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush (MOR) is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in North Riverside, IL. You will plan, implement and evaluate patient care programs to restore function and minimize disability, while maintaining strong patient and physician communication.

Requirements include a PT degree, Illinois license (or willingness to apply) and CPR certification, with experience in outpatient orthopedics.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license (or willingness to apply).
• CPR Certified.
• Experience in Outpatient Orthopedics.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates patient and gathers information to determine diagnoses and a treatment plan.
• Establishes functional and objective goals based on examination.
• Devises detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
• Provides exceptional patient care and service.
• Maintains patient charts, clinical logs and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Communicates with referring physicians to ensure continuity of care.
• Performs additional duties as required.
