El Dorado Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, seeks a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. You will provide high-quality care, develop tailored treatment plans, and guide patients toward rehabilitation goals in an outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate has a DPT, state licensure or eligibility, and a commitment to exceptional patient care. Outpatient experience is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations of mobility and function.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Apply manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and outcomes in the patient record.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and home exercise programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
