Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsabilités

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: Use Raintree to document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes per clinic policies.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families about rehabilitation, home exercise programs, and prevention.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
