Job summary

OPTM Physical Therapy Saratoga, part of Therapy Partners Group, seeks an outpatient physical therapist to deliver high-quality care in a collaborative setting. The role focuses on comprehensive evaluation, tailored treatment plans, and patient education to restore function and mobility.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations measuring mobility and function.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans aligned with goals and evidence-based practices.
• Apply therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, prescribed exercises, modalities, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress in accordance with clinic policies and regulations.
