Job summary

Greater Therapy Centers, part of Therapy Partners Group, seeks a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans and delivering evidence-based interventions.

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 based on experience. Must have a DPT and current state licensure or eligibility; outpatient experience is preferred. Relocation support and ongoing professional development are available.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a PT.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations of physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy.
