Job summary

Spaulding West Region Outpatient Physical Therapist Float at Mass General Brigham is seeking a licensed PT to support multiple outpatient sites in Framingham, Wellesley, and Brighton. The role offers an 8% premium pay and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, and welcomes new graduates.

You will assess and treat patients, develop plans of care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore physical function and independence. Graduation from an accredited PT program and license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited PT program is required.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state; other licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes billing sheet accurately by end of day.
• Evaluates effects of treatment and adjusts plans for maximum benefit.
• Performs patient assessment and establishes a plan of care.
• Provides in-service education for nursing staff as needed.
• Documents goals, progress, and reevaluation plans.
• Communicates evaluation, goals and treatment with patient and family.
