Job summary

St. Luke's is seeking a licensed physical therapist to provide comprehensive evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and help patients improve mobility and reduce pain in our hospital setting in Center Valley, PA.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise PT assistants and students, maintain thorough documentation, and uphold Service Excellence Standards while advancing quality care.

Qualifications

• Doctoral, masters, or bachelor’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent.
• Current PT licensure/registration in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations to identify functional deficits and plan treatment.
• Provide tailored interventions using appropriate techniques, modalities, and equipment.
• Collaborate with patients to set short- and long-term goals.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and other providers, safeguarding confidentiality.
• Supervise PT assistants and students as assigned.
• Document progress, outcomes, and responses in medical records.
