Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist for outpatient services in Sellersville, PA.

The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients to maximize mobility and function, while developing individualized treatment plans and educating patients and families. Responsibilities include supervising PTAs and students, collaborating with the health care team, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Doctoral/Masters/Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy or PT certificate.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Current PA or NJ PT license depending on work location.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, diagnoses, and manages patients with physical impairments and functional limitations to maximize function.
• Designs and implements individualized treatment plans addressing goals and patient education.
• Supervises PTAs and PT/PTA students as assigned; participates in quality improvement and professional development.
• Maintains documentation and adheres to safety, confidentiality, and regulatory standards.

Education

Doctoral Degree, Masters or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program

Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Pennsylvania or New Jersey

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
