Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctoral/Master/Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Licensure in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, diagnoses, and manages patients with physical impairments to maximize function.
• Designs and implements individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
• Educates patients and families on prognosis, prevention, and management of conditions.
• collaborates with patients to set short- and long-term goals and to monitor progress.
• Supervises PTAs and students as assigned; participates in quality improvement activities.
