Job summary

St. Luke's in Nazareth, PA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients with functional deficits. You will perform initial evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans, and educate patients and families.

You will supervise PTAs and students, participate in quality improvement, and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards. Applicants should have doctoral/master/bachelor degree in physical therapy and BLS certification, with strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Doctoral/Masters/Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive initial evaluations and develops a treatment plan to improve movement and reduce pain.
• Provide skilled interventions tailored to patient needs using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Collaborates with patients to set short and long-term goals.
• Supervises PTAs and students as assigned.
