Qualifications

• The role supports administrative and clinical operations in an outpatient physical therapy setting, requiring organization and patient-centric service.

• Comfort with EMR and basic computer applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in/out with excellent customer service.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, evaluations, and follow‑ups.
• Verify insurance benefits, obtain authorizations, and communicate coverage details.
• Collect copays, process payments, and maintain financial records.
• Answer calls, respond to messages, and route communications appropriately.
• Maintain patient records and ensure privacy compliance.
• Support clinic operations and manage patient flow.
