Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is hiring a Master's level Unlicensed Therapist (MA in Counseling with a Candidate Permit) or Licensed Therapist to join our Walk-In Crisis Team at Potomac Pavilion in Aurora, CO. The role is fully onsite with 4 x 10 hour shifts and a schedule of Wednesday to Saturday days.

Compensation varies by role: unlicensed therapists, licensed therapists and psychologists receive corresponding pay scales, with shift differentials described for weekend and evening

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and eligible for licensure in Colorado.
• Experience delivering diagnostic, individual, family or group therapy.
• Ability to document interactions and coordinate care with teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate recovery and quality of life through clinical services and education.
• Conduct diagnostics and individual/family/group therapy with clients.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans; coordinate with care team.
• Provide crisis intervention and case management as needed.
• Ensure billing information is up-to-date and assist with licensing processes.
