Job summary

Aurora Health Care is seeking an experienced behavioral health professional to provide inpatient individual and group therapy within an interdisciplinary treatment team in Wisconsin. The role emphasizes developing and updating treatment plans based on assessments and family involvement.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology and hold or be eligible for Wisconsin licensure. Experience in behavioral health and strong written/verbal communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Psychology required for the role.
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Clinical; Educational; or Counseling fields also acceptable.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities include extensive behavioral health treatment expertise and strong communication skills.
• Experience of 2 years providing therapy in behavioral health is typically required.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group therapeutic services in the inpatient level of care.
• Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team reviewing assessment data, case management, intake, and other discipline data.
• Performs patient psychosocial assessments to determine appropriate interventions and care plans, including family contact and discharge planning.
• Maintains high productivity standards and collaborates with staff to improve service delivery quality.
