Job summary

Responsibilities include admissions coordination, treatment planning, psychosocial assessments, and leading treatment teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience.
• Licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMSW.

Responsibilities

• Manage Outpatient Clinical Programming and ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies.
• Audit, Review, and analyze data to determine barriers and drive successful outcomes.
• Continually seeking opportunities to grow the OP Programs and implementing programs that meet patient needs.
• Conduct individual, group and family sessions as needed.
• Assist with assessments and treatment planning as needed.
• Effectively and professionally communicate with staff and vulnerable patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned/required by this position.
