Job summary

Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services, a UHS subsidiary, seeks an Outpatient Services Manager to oversee PHP/IOP and provide direct clinical services. You will ensure representation at treatment planning meetings, develop outpatient forms, and monitor quality across practitioners.

The role requires an MSW/LCMHC with NC licensure (LCSW or LCAMHC) and LCAS certification, plus leadership experience in outpatient settings. Strong growth mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling is required.
• Four years of outpatient treatment experience with families or individuals.
• Licensure in NC: LCSW or LCMHC; must also hold LCAS in NC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct clinical therapeutic services to patients and families.
