Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• CADC and/or clinical licensure required.
• Ability to multi-task duties and responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall function of assigned program, direct supervision of counselor staff, and clinical treatment of assigned patient charts.
• Maintenance of daily program structure and staffing pattern.
• Facilitate weekly staff meeting and develop meeting agenda.
