Job summary

Medical On Demand LLC in Port Orange, FL is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join a growing value-based care practice focused on quality patient care and meaningful physician-patient relationships.

The position is outpatient, with team-based clinical support and a float APP to cover the surrounding area, allowing the physician to build long-term patient relationships and focus on outcomes rather than volume.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Florida medical license or eligibility.
• Experience in outpatient primary care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient primary care with a focus on preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with an APP in a float capacity to support the surrounding Port Orange area.
• Build long-term patient relationships and ensure patient-centered care and outcomes.
• Participate in value-based care initiatives and coordinated care plans.
